Wholesaling, marketing to realtors

Hi everyone,

I'm doing Tom Krol's 5 day wholesaling course.  For those of you that don't know, day 1 is building your Cash Buyers list.  I have about 30 Realtors on my cash buyers list, they all say they work directly with people that can close between 7-10 business days.  Just want to know if anyone has had success letting realtors know about their deals once you have them under contract.  My next step is going to the auction to get more cash buyers on my list. If anyone has any other recommendations I'm open to them!
