Newly Licensed Multilingual REALTOR® Seeking Brokerages with International Experience
Aloha kākou,
I recently passed my real estate exam and am now a licensed REALTOR®. I’m looking for a brokerage where I can put my language skills and international cultural experience to work helping both homebuyers and investors.
A bit about me: I hold a Master’s in International Business and a Bachelor’s in IT. I’m native in French and Dutch, conversational in Moroccan Arabic, and have basic skills in Modern Standard Arabic and Spanish. I’ve also been studying Japanese for the past year. Over the past five years, I’ve been obsessively learning about real estate and financial investing in order to become a homeowner myself, which naturally led me to get my license.
I hope to serve international buyers, investors, and expatriates from Europe, North Africa, French-speaking Africa, and the Middle East who are interested in opportunities in Hawaiʻi. I'd like to develop my skills in areas such as foreign investor representation, luxury and second-home properties, and international corporate property solutions. I also look forward to helping Kamaʻāina with their home purchases and sales (including my future self ! ).
I’ve done quite a bit of research and put together a list, but I’d love to hear any advice, insights, or recommendations on brokerages that might be a good fit.
