Property Management Companies - Boise, Idaho

Hi All!

I'm a multi-family investor (5 - 20 unit properties) and looking to connect with Property Managers in the Boise market. Specifically looking at Ada and Canyon counties. 

Looking for recommendations that have a minimum of 3 years experience and understands how to set up property budgets.

        Chad, Property Management Companies are not regulated here in Idaho so be sure to do your homework.  Our market has been so strong that they have been able to get pretty complacent and get away with it.

          Chad, Property Management Companies are not regulated here in Idaho so be sure to do your homework.  Our market has been so strong that they have been able to get pretty complacent and get away with it.

          208.Properties is my go-to recommendation for property management. They've been a huge help since buying my multifamily last year.
