I'm new here so, hello to All!
I'm a Wholesaler in the Chicagoland area, particularly the South Suburban area. I need to locate Wholesaler friendly Title Companies. If anyone would have any leads on one/several I would appreciate the info.
I havent done a deal myself but I have done researching and from what I know, Fidelity is a wholesaler friendly title company. Send me a PM if you want to JV or something.
