Account Closed I am excited about neighborhoods other people are NOT excited about. I don't like competition. The hotter the neighborhood the more likely you are to be competing with new investors who don't know the real costs and will overpay.

@Jasmine Wilborne most real estate agents don't know anything about investing or what makes a good deal. That is not meant as an insult it is just not the business they are in. Most sell pretty houses to people who want to live in them.
