The title has it all. I'm curious where Baltimore BPers have purchased recently and/or where you're targeting. What neighborhood(s) are you excited about? Thanks for the info!

@Account Closed I am excited about neighborhoods other people are NOT excited about. I don't like competition. The hotter the neighborhood the more likely you are to be competing with new investors who don't know the real costs and will overpay.

I must say I'm on @Account Closed I'm excited about Reservoir Hill, but my non-investor friendly realtor wasn't. I'm going to zero in again and see if I can see any potential for equity and cashflow.

@Jasmine Wilborne most real estate agents don't know anything about investing or what makes a good deal. That is not meant as an insult it is just not the business they are in. Most sell pretty houses to people who want to live in them.
