Worcester Ma, private or public road, easement, zoning

Hello investors,

Thank you for reading my questions below :). I have attached an image below.

We recently purchased a duplex in Worcester/MA that has the potential to become a 3 family. For this conversion we need to address parking. The property is a on a main road, BUT, there is a dirt road in front and back of the house with access to main road. The dirt road in front is between the house and the main road. The dirt road behind the house/backyard has access to the backyard/land and the main road. however, 2 other neighbor houses are situated the same way with similar access to these dirt roads.

We have emailed the city to see who owns these dirt roads, neighbors or the city, and if we need an easement to access our land behind the house to park (see picture below), but we don't know who specifically to call/contact .

-How can we figure this out quickly? This determines how we renovate this property. Is there a place to look this up?

-If you have a contact in the city of Worcester/Massachusetts who can help with his please let me know.

I appreciate your help.

Thank you!
