Hello BP,

Iv noticed on rentometer going from 3 to 4 bedrooms adds in some areas 400/month to rent. Have any investors in the area found this to be true ?

@Gurjot Grewal in general i find it really depends on the area.  goign from 3 bed to 4 bed in the hilltop might get you a couple hundred, I believe the most recent section 8 vouchers are $1328 for 3 bed and $1664 for 4 bed.  Or something like that, so thats always a good guide.  But I'd say if you are looking at going from a 3 bed to a 4 bed in worthington or dublin or somethwere like that you will add more in rent but the real bonus will be the additional appreciation and demand on the sale side.  I assume you are talking about a single family home for this as well.
