Hi, everyone! I am new to the investment world and seeking like-minded folks to connect with and learn from. Over the past few months I've been diligent in studying and learning as much as possible, but now I really would like 1:1 work with a seasoned investor.
I currently have my home listed to sell, then I will buy another live-in flip. Once that happens, I will then seek out my first fix and flip using private money.
Would anyone be willing to meet with and work with me? I know building relationships are important, but I have to start somewhere so here I am. :) If there is anyone willing to partner with me on my first deal, I would love that as well.

I'm a fellow investor new to the game and have two deals in Bartlesville and Tulsa. I've since moved to Houston, TX for work but try to stay active in the Tulsa community.
You might connect with @Kim Knaust and @Andrea Tapp who I know are wholesaling deals in Tulsa, if you are looking to build your network and find potential sources for fix-and-flips that have been pre-vetted.

@Scott England Sent you a connection request! I feel like I'm playing the waiting game right now because my house is currently for sale, then I will buy my next live-in flip. Then onto the fun stuff after that! Unless there is a way around waiting, but I think that would just overload me! I am anticipating after cost of fees and such to walk away with 40-50k. Fingers crossed! :) Also, do you have any guys/girls here in Tulsa for contractor work? I think I have a guy but would like to vet a few.

@Kim Knaust check this thread for more connections... Deren Huang or Lisa Williams might be familiar with local HML's. Andrea Tapp may have suggestions also.
