Hi all -

I am under contract on a buy and hold property in Amrbidge, PA that needs to have a front brick porch demo'ed /or repaired and a crack the exterior brick siding refilled (pictures attached).  Does anyone have some investor friendly recommendations that I can reach out to for this type of work?
