Hello, I am looking for a wholesaler who has a proven track record of negotiating and closing deals (or a recommendation for such a person) who would be willing to partner with me. I want to focus on the leads generation side of my business while working with someone more experienced than me who could answer some questions along the way. I will only need moderate hand-holding as I have already started a marketing campaign in a different city.  I am very excited to hear from some folks and get started!
