Hello,
I reside in Southern California, however I am looking to do my first Buy and Hold Deal in Memphis and/or Knoxville Tennessee. I have been researching and I am interested in these 2 cities. I have a little cash reserved, decent credit (currently trying to build it), and time to research. I am looking to work with someone who is local to the area, has time to visit properties when needed, and has experience in this area. Anyone willing to partner on a Buy and Hold deal? If so, let's chat! :)
Since you are investing out of state have you ever considered turn key investing? Sounds like it may be a good way to start. I would recommend you check out Curt Davis and his team at Buy Memphis Now since Memphis is one of your desired areas. I have spoke with Curt many times and he was very kind and helpful. Though I do not own any of his properties, I know a few people that have bought fromm him and have nothing but good things to say. They offer decent returns and will manage the property for you as well. Just a though and something you may want to look into.
