I was hoping to find someone who would put in machines and run them in a couple of fiveplexs, but am coming up dry.
Anyone know a vendor that might do this? Or have an alternate suggestion? The only thing I can think of is charging a rent add-on for access to the laundry room then paying for the power, water, maintenance myself and I really prefer not to do that...

Hey, so I did a quick search and I found a commercial laundry company in your state. It doesn’t look like they do the managing but they are definitely the ones who will know who does and how you could do it yourself. good luck!

@Elliot Vann crap I haven't updated- I've moved operations to Memphis.
@Antoine Martel a little of both. I found a company that used to do it and they referred me to another company where the sales dept. won't return my calls.
