Hello, I'm James. I'm new to Bigger Pockets, and trying to network with some people in the Nashville area. I'm interested meeting people in the business that can help me with advice. I am a sponge looking to learn and make some money, while appreciating those willing to teach and help. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A FREE RIDE. I WILL PUT IN THE WORK. I know many are focused on new construction in this market, but I am looking for someone doing rehabs in the surrounding areas right now to look at a potential deal I may have and tell me if its good or not.

I'm mostly doing buy/hold and new construction at the moment.
Hey James, I've been out of Nashville for about 2 years now but still have a few holds in the city and a good grasp of the current markets in the northern outlying cities (i.e. Hendersonville, Gallatin, Goodletsville, etc.).
