Hi Nashville Investors!
My girlfriend and I are moving to Nashville this summer from SLC and are looking to buy a multi-family unit to live in / rent. Can anybody recommend a good buyer's agent that is investor friendly in the Nashville area? Thank you!!!

Sure thing, @Dan Beaulieu. Michael and I also know a guy who lists a lot of multi-family units, so Michael would be able to check out our friend's multi-family listings and act as your buyer's agent.

Eric Hensley at Parks in the Gulch. He partners with me on new construction builds downtown Nashville, has many investor clients and buys/sells all my properties. Great guy...comes off with a strong personality at first(6'7" 375 lbs - Vandy ex-football player) but is a great asset for me.
