Hello! My father and I are looking for a partner with someone to finance deals for flips. He has been in real estate for 10+yrs off an on while being in the oil field. He has secured deals and done both flips and buy and holds. Our contractor is my uncle who own his own company and has worked on both homes and commercial properties. I am a realtor with a business management degree.
