Hello fellow real estate investors. I live in West Houston (Katy), and was searching for a BP meetup in near that area. I didn't see anything specifically for us Katy residents. Would any of you be interested in meeting and discussing real estate??? I'd be happy to organize something :)

@Account Closed might be a little out of my way as I live in Washington State but that is not why I stopped by. I just wanted to congratulate you on taking the leadership role in getting the folks in Katy together, there is a lot to be said for someone willing to take on this task! Best of luck to you and your new found meet-up group!

@Ethan G., my take would be the opposite. Although I wont be able to make this one, I would be much more likely to attend future meetups at the proposed location than Katy Mills. I think there are a number of West Houston /Katy investors that would be more likely to make it to Fry Rd versus Katy Mills. Just my opinion.

@Ethan G. I've attended several Quest meetings - good stuff for those who want to work with SDIRAs.
On the location, timing, etc. I'm totally open on what works best. I wanted to gauge the interest out there first, then we can modify if needed for future meetups.

Definitely interested. Unfortunately I am traveling for work Mon-Thurs these days. Either location is fine with me. Certainly don't change date/time on my account. If some future meetings could include a Friday happy hour option...or weekend brunch/lunch then I should be able to make it. Thanks for taking the initiative!
