My name is Tony Wooldridge. I have always been interested in REI in some form or fashion. But until recently didn't really know how to get involved. Then Bigger Pockets happened across my screen in researching ways to get into the Business. Currently, my wife and I have started a Flipping business within our community. Experience: At this point and time, I own my own personal residence. I have a background in the contracting world. I have rehabbed my personal residence but besides that I am working hard currently to gain experience for my business every passing minute. UPDATE: We have purchased our 1st investment and are in the process of rehabbing the property now. I intend to either start a forum post or Blog to keep everyone apprised of our progress! UPDATE: (2019) We have two rental properties. I will be closing on my third by the end of March. We plan to BRRRR out of our 2nd rental in a month and purchase 3 more by the end of 2019! Real Estate Goals: I would like to meet other investors in my local area of Walla Walla Washington We currently do not have a REIA/Meet-up in my area and I intend to start one UPDATE: 6/11/17 1st Ever Walla Walla BP Meet-Up! UPDATE: 5/30/19. Successfully started a Meet-Up in Walla Walla Washington on Meet-Up! Become more involved in the community of my farming area To become a master of marketing for off market deals UPDATE: Wasn't a goal before but I am starting a BLOG about my Flipping experience. UPDATE: Looking to get involved in MF investing in the SPOKANE area. Currently Seeking: Find quality contractors in my local area to work with Find other investors to network with who would be interested in attending a new local REIA/Meet-up.
