Buying land and building a duplex in Austin
I have made connections in investing and real estate but they have become very busy and unable to give my idea a look. I have found a property in Austin that would need to be built on and sold. If anyone has experience doing this please let me know. I’m looking for a partner as I don’t have the funds to do this. I’m not offering a deal or asking for a mentor I’m more so asking where do I go to find a partner or someone who will give my idea a look?
