Wholesaling is something that you really want to learn from someone doing it. So start going to REI groups. Make friends. Find someone doing well and ask to shadow them.

Network! That’s the first thing you can do that will really help you move forward in your investing career.
Educate yourself. Instead of listening to music throughout your day, listen to podcasts and books. The Book on Rental Property investing by @Brandon Turner is a solid place to start.
Analyze a few deals every day. Take advantage of the bigger pockets calculators. They are great tools.
