Austin area lenders taking on Re-fi's right now?

Hi everyone,  

It seems like most lenders are prioritizing purchase transactions in the Austin area. Does anyone have recommendations on lenders willing to do refi's currently? Thanks!

I have used Barton Creek Lending several times and they are great. Certainly negotiate and get other quotes from others like Better.com and online brokers from Bankrate.com. I am closing on a primary residence refi tomorrow with Better.com that cost me nothing at 2.5%...get that cheap $ while it lasts.

    @Sam G. I know several lenders still conducting refis. Yes, they do prioritize primary loans just because they are on contract deadlines, but refinancing is still in play. Happy to share some names if you want to connect.

    @Sam G. they do prioritize purchases but refis are still moving strong with good lenders.

    Hi @Sam G.  Is the property residential or commercial?  FYI, closing are taking longer for refinances since the lenders are very busy!
