Any thoughts on Pioneer Hill area in Austin city?
Me and a friend are looking to buy a SFH near Pioneer Hill community (Zip:78754) in Austin. Looks like Samsung and upcoming East village are in around 5 mile distance.Downtown and Domain is around 15-20 mins drive it seems.
1.What do you think about Austin SFH prices for next 2-3 years in general?
2.Any thoughts/suggestions on this location? is there good rental demand here due to proximity to Downtown/Domain ?
