    Welcome to El Paso! There are a few groups of flippers here in town. A lot of the networking events have been canceled due to covid.

    What type of connections are you looking for? Wholesalers, Contractors, hard money lenders?

    @Alex Saenz

    I work the Alamogordo market, but looking to expand into either Las Cruces or El Paso.

    Hey @Steven Bishop, all of the above. I want to start flipping and want to network. Which groups would you suggest?

    Thanks

    Hi Darron.  Welcome to El Paso.  There are plenty of flippers in El Paso.  I'd be happy to help you connect.

    @Itzel Salazar

    It’s a market with rather limited appreciation. It’s very possible to do some flips or cash flow rentals though.
