I've had the honor of previewing the upcoming book "Insider Secrets of the World's Most Successful Real Estate Investors" and it's fantastic. It's a real "what we really did to get started" kind of book and it's great. It isn't just case study after case study of these fabulous investments-- it includes the ups, but it also includes the downs-- the mistakes. There's as much in this book about what NOT to do as there is what to do. It's an oasis of truth in sandstorm of pie-in-the-sky, get-rich-quick, late-night-infomercial type stuff.
I believe it will be out November 14th-- it's a must read for all investors, but especially those in the beginning or middle of their RE careers.
