Hey guys, new to the forums and real estate in general. I reside in Hickory, NC and I wanted to know if anyone could point me in the right direction in regards to title companines/closing attorneys that handles assignments and assigning contracts. I've been told they're usually investor friendly title companies. If anyone has any recommendations on where I should submit my contracts at and close my deals, it will be much appreciated. Hi Christopher I am not from the area so I cannot provide you with a reference, but my suggestion if you are not getting feedback is to just Google search real estate attorneys in your area and start asking questions. You should have no problem finding investor friendly closing attorneys to work with you.
