Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $25,000
Cash invested: $15,000

Currently listed in MLS for $99,900. Have received multiple offers. I'm being patient.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Pure profit and opportunity to help someone.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found the deal from an investor who I had helped sell 4 of his vacant properties. He gave me a deal for getting top price for his terrible homes. Lol

How did you finance this deal?

No financing. I used my rental income and savings

How did you add value to the deal?

By going high end on the rehab.

What was the outcome?

Still remains to see but I'm 100% confident we will walk away with atleast 90K.
