Does anyone have a recommendation for a good property manager in the greater Winston Salem, NC area? I’m an out of state landlord so really looking for full service and solid communication.
Doesn't look like there's been much action but I'd be interested in responses as well. I'm speaking with some realtors in the area and they have stated that they will send a few recommendations over so I'll keep you posted. I'm in the same situation - out of state guy looking for some properties there.
Same question on an old thread: out-of-state investor looking for a good property manager or management company in the Winston-Salem area. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
