I'm looking to invest in south bend (Indiana), preferably looking for a buy and hold cash flowing investment.anyone has any insight to the current rental market in the south bend area including any zip code or area to avoid.

@Praveen Pant SB is a perfect cashflow market, you can find anywhere from 2-3% deals if you look hard enough. You can probably find 1.5% deals on the MLS without looking to hard. I have learned a ton from both BiggerPockets and the local FB group.
