Happy Holidays to everyone! I need assistance finding eviction list/ information in Fulton county. I would like to market directly to these landlords in hopes of finding the "burned out landlord". Any advise would be helpful.
@Jamaal Rogers One of the easy ways of doing it by calling the numbers of the properties for rent. From there you can see if anyone is willing to sell which I what I did in the past to get a number of leads for subject 2's and lease options.
