any list is the best list. Take action and do something and do it consistently. I main 9 lists. And I have phases were some bank and some don't buy a quarter later and the tides change and lists perform differently. So just pick one and mail it all the time.
@Rashid Algaradi not a good answer to that question because there is so much that goes into that. I say go on feel and not on the cheapest price. The other part of it is to build your own list if possible which those leads will convert.
