Hey Everyone,
I'm searching for some rental homes and I thought it might be a good idea to send a letter to all of the real estate agents in the area.. Anyone know how to find their contact information and any suggestions on the type of letter I should send?

Any broker should be able to obtain a list of all agents that are members of the local MLS.
Just send them an email once a a month or so stating who you are, what you do and what you are looking for. That way you stay top of mind and when they have something coming that fits they may give you early access to their pocket listings.
