What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Have done this with my own previous home. Had a partner ask if I was interested in fix and flip

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

My partner found it.

How did you add value to the deal?

Updated Kitchen and bath. Painted and flooring throughout. repaired porches and new roof and replaced two broken windows.

What was the outcome?

First time home buyers bought this

       Thank You. It was an off-market deal, my business partner was the one who was actual contacted about the deal she reached out and said we need to check it out.

    Condition was better than Detty but worse than N Irving.
