Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $250,000
Cash invested: $8,750

First home purchased using a SONYMA loan so only 3.5% needed down.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I wanted to purchase a home but wanted to have rental income to offset some of the morgatge

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

One home portal through my agent.

How did you finance this deal?

SONYMA loan 3.5% down with no assistance

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Definitely overpaid, but i barely have a mortgage and plan to keep the property long term where it will eventually pay off.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Josh James with Keller Williams reality is awesome.

Cross country mortgage was my lender and they were kind of difficult to work with and really wouldn't recommend.
