[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal
Evaluating co-living properties in Austin:
- $300K already has garage conversion so have to convert living and dining to add rooms but still not cash flowing due to high vacancy I think: View report
- $340K duplex and convert each into 3 bed, 1 bath but still not able to cash flow: View report
Maybe Coliving is not a fit for austin right now? I did look at several other properties too but with the fees for management and vacancy so high I am having hard time making these work.
