I hope this is okay to post here - I just accidentally built something I think could be really useful, and I'm looking for 2-4 beta testers (1-2 agents and 1-2 investors) to help me make it better.

What is it? DealStackr is a tool that speeds up deal analysis and automates client matching. It helps you:

• Analyze any property type (STR, MTR, LTR, multifamily, fix & flip, etc)
• Use AI to estimate repair costs from photos and auto-fill listing data
• Automatically match deals to investor buy boxes
• Generate professional reports in minutes

Why I built it: After years of studying real estate investing and becoming an agent, I kept seeing the same problem: analyzing deals is tedious and time-consuming. As someone with a background in product design and user experience, I thought - there has to be a more efficient way.

So I built one.

What I'm looking for: Beta testers who will actually use it, break it, and tell me what's missing or what could be better. In exchange, you'll get:

• Discounted access (for beta users who analyze at least 3 deals and participate in a 30–45 minute feedback session)
• A tool designed around your feedback

I have 20+ years in human-centered design, working with companies like Emirates Airlines and athenahealth, and leading a human-centered design consulting team for Medicare at the federal level. After investing in my first property, I pivoted full-time into real estate. Now I’m combining both worlds to build tools that help us work smarter and more efficiently.

I'm bootstrapping this and honestly not sure where it'll go, but I'd love to learn from people who've been doing this longer than me.
