Hello,

I have found a deal on a house that so far seems to be excellent.  I have run it through my deal analyzer but need to walk the property with a contractor to make sure that it is what it seems from the repair perspective.  My problem, however, is finding a hard money lender or private money lender that works with you based on the deal, not credit.  Do any of you know local lenders that meet that criteria (I am in Georgia)?
