Multiple Units on one lot
I Have a 1031 exchange , located a property,, 17 units on one lot 1.77 acres,, cost 260k total rents per month 4k ,,,, seems like a no brainer , I will pay off with 1031 money , so taxes and insurance , maintenances. any other costs you can think of ????
