Greetings BP,
I currently have 45 acres and its in a wooded area (woodlands). I want to develop on it but not yet - I want to gain more capital - anyone have any ideas as to how I can make a profit with spending the least amount of capital?
Note: The previous owners has already sold the "good trees."
In Michigan, I know many farmers who lease out their wooded land for hunting rights. Not sure if this is of interest to you or an option in your area...
