Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $95,000
Sale price: $160,000

Financed property through our extensive list of capital investor partners.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Borrower had a plan of action with a desire to succeed. Their numbers made sense because they backed it up with proof of recently sold comparables.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

That's the secret-sauce. Call me for more details. It's normal and customary for people to spend $Thou$and$ in training to just try and figure it out. I'll give you the details for free.

How did you finance this deal?

With other people's money. I represent a real estate fund and have the cash to deploy in these types of investments.
