Advertising Tips for Small-Town Property Management

James E Fraley Jr
Posted

Hi all! I run a small property management company in a small town, and I’m looking to refine our advertising strategy. We don’t use Facebook due to past tenant conflicts and the general noise of opinions there. I’d love tips from others in similar markets:

What platforms or methods have worked best for attracting quality tenants in small towns?

Any success with local bulletin boards, Chamber of Commerce listings, or regional rental sites?

How do you balance visibility with privacy when marketing rentals?

Thank you!!
