I currently own 5 rentals in the Spring/Conroe area and am looking to shop 4 of them for property managers...the 5th property to also be managed in November.
I did some research on the forums but felt an updated search for this specific area for Spring/Conroe would be helpful for myself and hopefully other local community members.
Can anyone recommend any productive and proactive managers around this area for 5 SFH rentals? Need to handle leasing updating homes to move ready and move in and out as well. Thank you all for your suggestions and support for a community member!

Please know that a company that is great for one person may not be the right property management company for you.
While there are different ways to think about this, one way you want to ask yourself is how much you want to get involved. Some property management companies will welcome your input and involvement. Other PMs do their own way, and you will have little input. Either way is fine so long as it matches with what you are looking for.
Check out Emerald Tree Property Management. I heard the owner Jimmy Marks give a talk at a meet up last month and I was impressed. He is a CPA and owns rentals up in your area.
