I’m an investor with a few long term rentals.  I am beginning to acquire properties in Augusta, GA. I’m looking for a strong property manager to help with a few houses near Augusta University, with the potential to scale to more units over time.

What I’m looking for:

• Experience managing single-family rentals
• Comfortable with older housing stock (1940–1970 builds)
• Strong tenant screening and rent collection
• Clear communication and solid monthly reporting
• Ability to handle turnovers and coordinate rehab work

Bonus if you have experience with:

• Student or medical resident tenants from Augusta University
• BRRRR properties and light value-add rentals
