Hey All,

First-time home buyer looking to get a turnkey investment property in the Denver area. Does anyone know of any companies to check out?
If anyone has some experience, I would love to talk!

Hey, welcome to the wild ride of home buying 😄 Denver’s a great market, though it’s definitely competitive right now.

If you're looking for turnkey investment properties, a few companies you might want to check out are:

  • Atlas Real Estate – they do property management and help investors find rentals.

  • Roofstock – more national, but sometimes they have Denver options.

  • Your Castle Real Estate – super local, and they really know the investor landscape here.

    I'm not familiar with the area but this is a great platform to network and make connections.

    It's also a good idea to attend local real estate investment groups or meetups, as these can be invaluable for gaining insights and advice from seasoned investors. Engaging with these communities can provide you with firsthand experiences and recommendations that are particularly relevant to the Denver area.

    Good luck with your investment journey!

    Hi Sean,

    I’ve worked with a lot of investors getting started with turnkey rentals, and the biggest thing I’ve seen is that having a solid plan for property management and tenant selection upfront can save a ton of headaches. Even if you’re out of state or new to Denver, focusing on cash flow, maintenance reserves, and a clear exit or holding strategy will make your first property much smoother.

    I invest in Ohio and work with buyers and investors regularly—if you ever want to bounce ideas or get connected with trusted local contacts, I’d be happy to help. Let’s connect!

    @Sean Sousa

    welcome to BP! I’m not sure Denver has any true turnkey providers in the sense of a company that buys, renovates, rents, sells and manages all under one roof. Most of the larger turnkey operators that do it all tend to focus in more affordable markets where rent to price ratios make sense for out of state investors and there’s more margin to work with. I could be wrong but I don’t think Denver quite falls into that category right now.

    What I’d suggest is connecting with some of the larger property managers in Denver. They usually have a pulse on which agents understand investor deals and which neighborhoods make sense for long term rentals. That’ll give you both local knowledge and a good team on the ground from the start.

    @Dave Meyer holds some real estate in Denver, he might have a better reference for you.

    You might be able to find Build-to-Rent options in that area.
