Hello BP community!

Anyone have a Home Inspector in Dallas (TX) that they would recommend? I have used a guy in the past that I have been very happy with, but he is unavailable.  

I am looking at a Duplex and would love to have a recommendation for a thorough, quality inspector. I'm not looking for the cheapest inspector but a quality one.
