Instead of fumbling around the site, trying to figure something out, why not use the built in help feature?

  1. Josh, Now the only challenge is to get people to admit that they NEED HELP! And we already know that some just don't want to search, but would rather ask others to search for them. But I like the ability to get self-help on the site.

  4. Actually, I used another online screencast tool called <a href="http://screenr.com">screenr</a>. It is also very simple to use.
