27M dollar deal fell through before an interested investor even looked at the NPN tape because there were 2 Brokers involved why?, maybe im bias because i'm an honest broker but that is plain stupidy. What does it matter if there are 5 or 10 brokers involved?

Once you decide how much you are willing to pay for NPN tapes viewed no amount of brokers can change your bottom-line offer.

Anyway I had to Vent

IN NEED OF:

Careless Investors who want to purchase NPN notes between 1M - 50M verified the Broker i'm in contact with is direct with the seller and their law firm who get these tapes all the time.

 

Also looking for Sellers of NPN notes.

  3. I met with an attorney the other day who represents a NPN company that brings together several buyers to leverage higher portfolio purchases. Almost as a rule, if a deal comes to them with more than one broker attached they discount it right off the starting line. Either they have data showing those deals work out less of the time or they just believe that is the case. Either way, it's their procedure. Their loss. Keep rocking.
