Hi my name is Darnell Brown i work with investor who would like to buy this note right now but they would need some more information this is the information that they need Do you have the credit report. credit scores. I need to know that the credit is at least 625 or higher. WE need to vet this a bit so we can make sure we can get a note across the line you know darnell. LTV= .93 current yes or no Balloon it appears yes. Is this a seller flip. Flip means the note holder owned the property less than a year before selling it to the new buyer. Does the note holder receive payments from the note payor himself, or does the note payor send his or her check for the mortgage to a service company. does the note seller own this property free and clear. If not, what bank does he/she bank with. The bank will get paid first before the note seller if this is the case. Let me know this information asap. Thanks alot darnell. hey need
