Intro to LBEY Properties!

I just want to take two minutes(maybe 7 or 8 depending on how fast you read) to talk about LBEY Properties, and what we can do for you. Cool?
We are in the business of wholesaling single family homes to investors and we are moving into commercial. For now, lets talk about single family hoems. Are any of you people out there investors? If you said no, then thank you for you time! If you said yes, please keep reading. ;)
If you are an investor and you are actively buying properties right now, I would love to serve you by bringing properties to you. From time to time I get great deals all around he country at below market prices. Would this be of interest to you? Again, if you said no, thank you for reading to here, but if you said yes, the best part is about to come. ;)
I am assuming that if you read this far then you already said yes twice, I know it might be a lot to ask, but I want you to say yes again! I would like to add you to my VIP buyers list. If you don't want to be on this list, you must be crazy. If you said yes a third time and would like to be on my VIP buyers list, please keep reading.

1. What is your price range?
2. Where are you looking to buy? (county, state.) And are you only interested in that county or will you buy in other areas as well? (specify)
3. What type of single family homes are you looking for? (3 bed 2 bath? 2 bed 2 bath? etc.)
Last but most certainly not least:
4. If I bring you a property tomorrow, will you be in a financial position to act? If not, and you still would like to be added to my VIP buyers list, you will need to tell me how long it will take for you to be in a financial position to start doing deals. If yes, you will need to tell how long it will take you to get the funds necessary for a deal. We can close in 30 days, 60 days, heck probably in 3 days!
So if you have made it this far, congratulations again. After I have received your contact details I will be able to send properties your way and when one turns up with what you are looking for, I will get the info to you as soon as possible.
For contact details, I will need your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and if you are associated with a business we would like to know which one as well.
