A local Jacksonville wholesaler had a deal available on Bigger Pockets. It was a 3/1 that the City of Jax says is only a 2/1, for $70k, however when you do a search on the property it shows it sold for $25k. In this day and age, don't expect that people are NOT going to lookup the property online...
