This property is a 2 family on Center St. in Wallingford, CT. This is a massive property, with over 2500 sq. ft. There is a unit on each floor, with the second floor includes a walk up to a wide open attic. This property took over 4 months to close due to probate issues, but it's well worth the wait!

We took some initial video of the property below. As you will see, this property needs a lot of rehab and cleaning!

Our plan is to rehab the property in 2-3 months, rent both floors out to Quinnipiac grad students, and refinance in 2 years time. We will continue to document our progress on this and the other properties we have, so stay tuned!
