Wallingford BRRR 2 Investment Property [Update]

This week we've been making more progress on our second BRRR property in Wallingford, CT.

While getting some pricing from contractors on HVAC work, which includes adding new baseboard heating, we have been making some progress in other areas of this property. We've replaced all of the windows around the property. Our plumber has finished up the plumbing work, and we had the rough inspection which was needed before closing up the walls. All of the electrical updates have been completed along with any framing that needed to be done in order to continue our progress!

Below are some pictures of the work being done. The weather is getting warmer, so we are beginning to thaw out and get more things done!
